Join us tonight as we welcome Fr. Eduardo Fernández to speak at the 39th annual Palmer Lecture. The lecture is free and open to the public, and will take place at 7pm in the Upper Gwinn Commons on the SPU campus.
Fr. Eduardo Fernández teaches classes in missiology and Latino theology and ministry at the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University. Dr. Ferandez also publishes, leads workshops and retreats, and assists at local parishes. The author of La Cosecha: Harvesting Contemporary United States Hispanic Theology, an introduction to U.S. Latino theology, he also co-authored La Vida Sacra: Contemporary Hispanic Sacramental Theology and Mexican-American Catholics.
